Orthodontic treatment is an excellent investment in the overall dental, medical and psychological well being of children and adults. Financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining this important health service. We are sensitive to the fact that people have different needs in fulfilling their financial obligations; therefore, we provide the following payment options:
Option A: Flexible Payment Plan
Third party financing is available through CareCredit. With CareCredit, you can finance 100% of your orthodontic care and there are no upfront costs, no annual fees, and no pre-payment penalties. So, you can begin your treatment immediately and conveniently pay with low, monthly payments.
Option B: Down Payment Plan
An initial payment is due when the treatment begins. The balance is thereafter paid in preset monthly installments.
Option C: Payment in Full
A bookkeeping courtesy is given for direct payment in full at start of treatment by cash or check, resulting in a one-time payment.
Estimated costs are guaranteed for six months.

Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
